What are the shipping rates?
The table below shows the currently applicable shipping costs. The shipping costs are determined by the longest shelf in your order and the country where the delivery is made.
Note: Outside the European Union, additional costs may be charged by Customs. Countries such as Switzerland and the United Kingdom may charge additional costs here. Strackk can not be held responsible for the costs.

What is the delivery time?
The delivery time for a Strackk product is 6 weeks. As soon as we receive your order, we will start making the product, coloring it and then offer it to a carrier.
Note: Strackk is dependent on external carriers such as DPD, TNT, Offsize Cargo and UPS and can therefore not be held responsible if your product is delivered later.
Can I return (part of) my order?
Yes, if you contact us at info@strackk.com within 14 days of receiving your order, we can take back products of standard lengths and colors. Please note: For specific orders and customized products for which a (down)payment has been made, returns are not possible.
You pay the return costs yourself at your chosen carrier (an indication of return costs can be found at the bottom of this page). To prevent damage, the products must be returned in their original packaging. Once the products are received by us and checked for damage, we will contact you to arrange the refund.
What if I am not satisfied?
Are you not satisfied with (part of) your received order? Please contact us via info@strackk.com Within 14 days of receiving your order, we can return products od standard colors and lengths. You only pay the return costs yourself with the carrier of your choice (an indication of return costs can be found at the bottom of this page). To prevent damage, the products must be returned in the original packaging. As soon as the products have been received by us and checked for damage, we will contact you to arrange the refund.
Note: For specific orders and custom-made products for which a (down) payment has been made, return is only negotiable in further consultation.
Does the product have an issue such as paint damage from transportation or the light does not work? Please describe your product issue here and we will contact you soon.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We check the products to make sure they meet the best requirements before shipping them. Damage may occur during transport. Or that something else was sent by mistake. It is important that you check the order upon delivery. Is there a damage or wrong product? Please contact us at administration@strackk.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your message with a photo in case of damage.
Note: To prevent damage, the products must be returned in the original packaging. Once the products have been received by us, we will contact you to arrange a repair, a new item or a refund.
Do I have to pay for a return?
If you return your products within 7 days because you are not satisfied, the return costs are for your own account. You pay the return costs yourself with the carrier of your choice (an indication of return costs can be found at the bottom of this page). To prevent damage, the products must be returned in the original packaging. As soon as the products have been received by us and checked for damage, we will contact you to arrange the refund.
If you return an item within 7 days because you have received it damaged, we will pay the return shipping costs. This needs to be discussed and confirmed by us through email at administration@strackk.com
Note: For specific orders and custom-made products for which a (down) payment has been made, return is only negotiable in further consultation.
When will I receive my refund?
If Strackk has confirmed that you will receive a refund, we will contact you as soon as the returned products have been received by us. The refund method differs per country and bank. As well as the time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account. On average, the amount will be in your account 72 hours after we received the returned items.
