Shipping rates, delivery times and return policy

Shipping costs are determined by the longest shelf in your order and the delivery address. Additional shelves are included at no extra cost.

Notes:

• The carrier/driver only delivers on ground floor. You are responsible for moving it to another floor yourself.
• If you made a delivery appointment with the courier and you are not home at the agreed-upon time, we will charge you for a second delivery appointment. Depending on your order and location, this ranges from €25 to €100.
• Outside the European Union (including Switzerland and UK), additional fees for import duties or local VAT may be charged by your country at Customs on the boarder. Strackk can not be held responsible for those costs. Due to high tariffs we do not deliver to some countries, like US. Email to info@strackk.com if you can arrange the shipping yourself.

The delivery time for a product from Strackk is 6 weeks. Each shelf is unique, so we cannot deliver faster from a pre-made stock. Once your order is received, we will start making the product and coloring it before offering it to a carrier.

Strackk relies on external carriers such as DPD, TNT, Off Size Cargo, and UPS, and therefore cannot be held liable if your product is delivered later.

Yes, if you contact us at info@strackk.com within 7 days of receiving your order, we can take back products of standard lengths and colors. This right of return only applies to our 6 standard colours and 24 standard lengths without any modifications such as rounded corners or options such as slots for wine glasses. These standard colors are White RAL9016, Off-White RAL9010, Green RAL6021, Black RAL9005, Anthracite RAL7021 and Silver Grey RAL9006.

Returns are not possible for specific custom orders, products made to the exact cm and colours other than our 6 standard colours, for which a (down) payment has been made.

You pay the return costs yourself at your chosen carrier (an indication of return costs can be found at the bottom of this page). To prevent damage, the products must be returned in their original packaging. Once the products are received by us and checked for damage, we will contact you to arrange the refund.

Are you not satisfied with (part of) your received order? Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via info@strackk.com, we can return products of standard colors and lengths. You only pay the return costs yourself with the carrier of your choice (an indication of return costs can be found at the bottom of this page). To prevent damage, the products must be returned in the original packaging. As soon as the products have been received by us and checked for damage, we will contact you to arrange the refund.

Does the product have an issue such as paint damage due to transport or the light does not work? It is important that you check the order upon delivery. If there is an issue, please contact us as soon as possible (no later than 7 days after receiving your order) via info@strackk.com and do not forget to add a photo of the damage. We check the products to make sure they meet the best requirements before shipping them. Damage may occur during transport. Or that something else was sent by mistake. It is important that you check the order upon delivery. Is there damage to the box, the product or an incorrect product? Please contact us as soon as possible (at the latest within 7 days after receiving your order) via info@strackk.com. Don't forget to add a photo of the damage. Or describe the product issue here.

If you return your products within 7 days because you are not satisfied, the return costs are for your own account. If you return an item within 7 days because you have received it damaged, we will pay the return shipping costs. This needs to be discussed and confirmed by us through info@strackk.com

If Strackk has confirmed that you will receive a refund, we will contact you as soon as the returned products have been received by us. The refund method differs per country and bank. As well as the time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account. On average, the amount will be in your account 72 hours after we received the returned items.

Strack provides a 2-year warranty and of course also service after those 2 years. Parts can be supplied for a small additional cost. Expect around €25 for a Remote Control, Controller, or Adapter. The LED strip is replaceable, however, its lifespan is 20,000 hours and is generally not an issue.
